I have been working out for a long time now.

How I have stumbled to TRX?
I’m an honest man, too honest sometimes.
And people don’t like honesty!
I was going on my daily routine to the gym, and I have seen that guy everyday working out at the TRX.
It was 15 years ago, and at that moment I didn’t knew what is that.
The training that he was doing looks so easy to me, and I’ve asked myself: Wtf is this guy doing?
We’ve come here to lift weights, we are man!
And one day I went to him and asked the guy what is he doing, and he invited me to try it out.
OMG, it was so damn hard! LOL!
I felt so ashamed by what I was thinking about the TRX workout he was doing.
What do you think that happened next?
I simply loved it.
What is the Meaning of TRX Workout?
In those days, finding the right workout for me was challenging, because I gain so hard, no matter what I do.
I am fit, I am in the best shape, and I do a lot of training that other people don’t do.
And I’m proud of that.
The TRX workout was invented as you may know by a guy from the Seals team, from the need to train wherever, whenever.
You just need a support point to put your TRX and you’re good to go.
A tree, a pipe, a door, and anything that is about 2 meters high it’s perfect.
TRX exercises are great for mobility, strength, and resistance.
And it is great to include it in functional training and HIIT Training, too.
The gravity does the work for you, as you incline more the difficulty of the exercise increases either.
There are no limits to the TRX workout, there are plenty of exercises out there, and sometimes you can invent yours.

You can do all kinds of push-ups, rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions, squads, abs, and more.
Working with it, improves stability, flexibility and your joints will thank you on the long term.
